All cakes and bakery products are freshly baked to order. Therefore, once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer or recipient, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase.

Customized cakes are specially crafted according to your selected flavour, size, design, theme, message, and decoration requirements. Once preparation has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as they are created exclusively for you.

• Orders may only be cancelled before baking or preparation has begun.
• Cancellation requests approved before preparation may be eligible for a refund after applicable processing charges.
• Once baking, decoration, or customization has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
• Please verify your delivery address, contact details, and cake customization before placing the order.
• Same-day and scheduled orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order due to an error on our part, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your Order Number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us investigate the issue promptly. After verification, Evercrust Bakes & More may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement product, store credit, or an appropriate refund where applicable. Claims submitted after the specified reporting period may not be eligible for consideration. As every cake is handcrafted, slight variations in colour, decoration, icing, toppings, flowers, or finishing are natural and do not qualify as defects. Reference images are used as inspiration, and while every effort is made to closely match the requested design, exact replication cannot always be guaranteed.

• Refunds are processed only after verification and approval by our team.
• Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Fraudulent claims, fake photographs, edited images, or misleading complaints will result in rejection of the refund request.
