All cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery products are freshly baked after your order is confirmed. Since our products are perishable and often customized, customers are requested to carefully review all order details before placing an order.

Customized cakes are prepared according to the flavour, size, design, colours, message, and decoration requested by the customer. Once preparation has started, modifications, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible. Slight variations in decoration are natural as every cake is handcrafted.

General Terms

• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
• Freshly baked products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
• Product photographs are for reference only; handmade cakes may have slight variations in appearance.
• Evercrust Bakes & More reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If a damaged or incorrect product is received due to our error, the issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. After verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our discretion.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Evercrust Bakes & More shall not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control or by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of all applicable policies and terms.
