All orders are freshly prepared after payment confirmation. Standard bakery items are processed promptly, while customized cakes may require additional preparation time depending on the design, size, and level of customization requested by the customer.

Customers may select their preferred delivery date and time while placing an order. Although we strive to deliver every order within the requested time slot, delivery schedules are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, traffic, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Guidelines

• Orders are prepared and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient's name, contact number, and complete delivery address.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on the delivery location.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner may attempt to contact them before returning the order.
• Failed deliveries caused by incorrect delivery information or recipient unavailability may not qualify for a refund.

Every product is carefully packed to preserve freshness and quality during transit. Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If a product is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect order has been delivered due to our error, the issue should be reported within 2 hours along with clear photographs for verification.

Once the issue has been verified, Evercrust Bakes & More may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the most suitable resolution based on the nature of the issue.

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, Evercrust Bakes & More shall not be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather, heavy traffic, public holidays, government restrictions, natural disasters, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
